With a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) and an MBA from Cornell, Rasanath is invested in using his knowledge of corporate systems and culture to transform the way the work world operates. Rasanath started his professional career in strategy consulting at Deloitte in 2000 and then worked as an investment banker for Bank of America from 2006 to 2008. He then spent four years in a monastery during which time he cofounded an educational social enterprise, Upbuild, focused on cultivating mindfulness and personal development in the workplace. He now runs the organization fulltime. Rasanath is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, has been featured as a speaker for TEDx and SXSW, and has been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, PBS, and The Third Metric.
